issue after update to 3.8.19

Hi all,
I have S.410 updated with last version of software 3.8.19.

With the previous software (3.8.14) I could record perfectly, and it was the first time because with the old 3.8.11 I could not record fluent.

Now after this last update (3.8.19) I have again the old issue:
The record starts, but after 30/40 seconds the transmission came back for 10-20 seconds.
This happens continuously so if I want to see 1 hour of recorded transmission every minute the record skip back about 10-20 seconds, it's impossible to see. This happens only when I record something, instead the live is perfectly fluent

I use the internal memory as storage for the records

Is it possible to downgrade to 3.8.14? When will be delivered a new (non beta) version of the sofware?

Hi,

3.8.19 do not have any changes against 3.8.14 that could affect recording performance in any way. So, it could be some other issue.
Did you try to use USB flash drive instead of internal memory for this?

Hi,

I make a mistake.
The record is not done on internal memory, but on MicroSD card.
I cannot select internal memory as path for DVR recording (only no storage or MicroSD Card options are present).

On timeshift option I can choose internal storage instead of MicroSD card.

I've tried different MicroSD card but the result is always the same, the record is not fluent and every minute came back for 15-20 seconds.
My USBs at this moment are full I have to try once I'll clean it.

But is it normal that I cannot select the MicroSD as path for DVR recording?

Yes. It is designed so that you can use Internal only for Timeshift, but not for DVR feature.
But SDcard should work as DVR target.

It's correct, i can use the sd as target, but i have the issue reported in this thread.
I've tried with different sd cards but the result is always the same.
I have to try with usb as target, but I'm sure at 100% that the dvr record was ok using sd card before this last update.

So, you mean, that when you use USB drive, your recorder media is still reverted 10-20 seconds back from time to time. Is it correct?

Yes it's correct, even with usb as target I have the same issue.
