Blank picture.

I was just messing in the menu inputing a line and as I went to check if line is ok a blank picture apeard,only trying to load for a couple of seconds and nothing blank,tried to reset power key and ok but still nothing,pushing the menu button menu comes on,aspect ratio nothing,keyboard comes ok,menu nothing,reload page only tries but still blank any help please.

Could you, please, explain in detail, what kind of portal or playlist you are using and what exactly does not work?
