You can try to put M3U playlist to USB flash drive and enter path like /tmp/mnt/sda/your_playlist.m3u as M3U-playlist content source.

Hello, i cannot try it, cause the device is not mine. But i want to buy this device, if it is suport this function.
Are you sure on 100% that this function work? Also, when i deploy m3u playlist, in future - if i want to refresh with another file, are the old playlist programs replaced with the new or will be duplicated?

Loading playlist from USB drive will work. Please, note, that you also need to find some EPG source (XMLTV), if you want EPG to work.

When you power on the box, it loads M3U playlist from some source. It could be HTTP file or local file. This playlist is not stored on the device.
So, if you replace playlist and reboot the box, playlist will be the new one.
