There is something wrong with your help desk page

When i wanted to submit a new ticket on your help desk page i can't type any messages, but for me to send it, it require me to type something in the message field that doesn't exists "The message field is required."

It is not really a support case, but i have been helping you with other things and i then usually email it to you. If i send an email now it seems to point me to this new help desk page that i can't type any messages on.

How do i contact the support?

That was the address i was using.

After registration the field to type the issue in (it is not an issue in my case as i wrote above) is grayed out.

If they don't want my help anymore there is nothing i can do about it
