Black and white multi-portal view

Post by Sopor » 03 Jul 2024, 00:08

After updating my 610 to 5.0.83 i now have a black and white picture when my portal is loading, why?

It is also hard to see what portal i have selected when i only have these two to select between.

Is it the white or the blue one that is selected? I know it is the white one for now, but the next time I'm here i have forgot that again.

It should be more obvious what portal that is selected.

Maybe an arrow or something at the edge?

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with the color display and clarity of selection indicators on your portal after updating to version 5.0.83.Regarding making the selected portal more obvious, suggesting to the support team that they add an arrow or another clearer indicator could be a helpful enhancement. They might consider it for future updates to improve user experience.

Have you changed the color from blue to black and white for the multi-portal?

I'm not sure what you want to see?

It seems that the black and white is changes from blue, so that seems to be okay.

The problem is when you only have two portals.

You don't know which one you select. Is it the white one or the blue one?

I know it is the white one as i explained in my first post, but you can't see it if you don't know it.

I really don't know what you're talking about.
As I asked earlier, please show me a photo or video of what it looks like. I showed you what my portal looks like earlier.

It looks like the image you showed me, but if you only have two portals to choose between you don't know what portal is the one that is selected.
It is the one that is white or is it the one that is blue.

If you have more than two portals it is obvious which one you are selecting because only one is white and the rest are blue.

In your picture you have four portals and you can easy see that "Ministra" is the one that is selected.

Nothing is really wrong. I only want it to be more obvious which one you are selecting.

If i can't explain this to you it is better we leave it and maybe someone else can explain it better than me 😊

I don't believe that there are so many users that use the multi-portal view...
