Will my Tvip box work in a different country

Hi all,

So I took my Tvip v.605 box abroad with me and It won't work beyond the menu, keyboard and restart portal page.
I've habitually taken it all over with me in my own country with no problems, so I'm hoping It's just a case of fiddling with the settings? Trouble Is I'm no good at this stuff! Any help would be great..thanks. It's set up to plug directly into the router If that helps.

The box doesn't have any fencing, but your service provider has the capability to install it. I recommend reaching out to your service provider to discuss the details of your contract.
