reset using pin hole button on bottom, under hdmi
hold button with toothpick
plug in power cable
release button after a few sec
you're now in recovery

It seems like you're dealing with an issue related to configuring or resetting a device, possibly a router or set-top box with the model number 530. It's important to note that the steps provided may vary based on the specific device and its manufacturer. However, if you're experiencing difficulty connecting the device to your service after a provider switch, here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try:

Factory Reset:

Perform a factory reset on the device. This usually involves pressing a reset button or accessing a reset option in the device's settings.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific device to ensure a proper factory reset.
Update Firmware:

Check if there are any firmware updates available for the device. Updating the firmware can resolve compatibility issues and improve performance.
Visit the manufacturer's website or contact their support for information on how to update the firmware.
Network Configuration:

Double-check the network settings on the device. Ensure that it is configured to connect to your network and that the network credentials are accurate.
Confirm that your network is operational and providing an internet connection.
Contact Support:

If the issue persists, reach out to the device manufacturer's support team or your service provider for assistance.
They may have specific instructions or solutions tailored to your device and the services you are trying to set up.
Provider Configuration:

Verify that you have the correct configuration settings for your services. Ensure that you have the correct username, password, and any other required details.
Check with your service provider to confirm the necessary settings for connecting their services to your device.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, it's recommended to seek assistance from the device manufacturer or your service provider's technical support team. They may have access to specific diagnostics and solutions tailored to your equipment and services.
