Tvip 605se stuck on Tvip logo on screen

Tvip 605se stuck on Tvip logo on screen .
Paperclip dosen't work.
Not able to go to recovery screen.
Dose anyone know solution to this.

Have you try the tiny small hole under the box near powercord?
I think it have two option:
1-Powercord already in- press and hold for around 10sek i think, wait.
2-Powercord OUT- press and hold when inserting the powercord, hold and wait.

I have tried each and every option.
Returned to supplier for replacement.
