Tvip 605se stuck on recovery screen

I need help flashing tvip 605se to correct firmware
why when I select reboot system now box reboot and same recovery screen shows up.

First box stuck on Tvip logo screen.
Then I tried above solution Now it stuck on recovery
screen.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have try one more time
now it stuck on tvip logo screen.
It dosenot allow me to ho to recovery screen anymore. I have tried paperclip dosen't work.
Any solution?

Have you try the tiny small hole under the box near powercord?
I think it have two option:
1-Powercord already in- press and hold for around 10sek i think, wait.
2-Powercord OUT- press and hold when inserting the powercord, hold and wait.

or 3-(maybe, not shure, dont remember): Powercord IN- Press and hold while holding in the on/off button
