S-Box V605 Error

Hi friends.
I have TVIP S-Box v.605.
I reset the machine to use in Turkey.
During the installation, I came to a point and on the screen "Waiting for a channel list." he is writing. It does not recognize the remote and does not enter other menus.
What can I do in this situation?

Yes. Finally I reset it completely but no channels come out?
What settings will I do?

You should asks yo service provider, because TVIP company don't provide any TV services.
