Remote control

I have two 605-boxes with BT remote control. I'm running Linux-qt on both boxes and using web portal for watching IP TV. When I have the channel list on the screen I can jump to the next page by using the "Channel +/- button" on one of the boxes but not on the other one. How come? Is there a setting for this?
