Where do I find default software to flash a TVIP box ?

OK, so I found out how to download the firmware.

I downloadad for S412

There are two diffent files.
What are the difference?
tvip_firmware.ota.zip
recovery_sd_s412.tgz

The recovery_sd_s412.tgz contains only two files:
auto_upgrade
recovery.img

The tvip_firmware.ota.zip contains a lot more files.
boot.img
bootloader.img
And two folders with files.

But how should I use them?
It does not work to unpack and copy to my USB, and choose update from EXT > Udisk

It says "Choose a package to Install"
I dont see any package.
I eather see META-INF and System
or dont find any file at all.
Doesnt matter if its *.tar or *.tgz or the unpacked files.

What am I doing wrong?

The system finds the *.zip and I can install that.

How do I use the recovery package?
