Change content source from web portal to M3U-playlist

Hi, I have a TVIP v.605, and I can’t change content source from web portal to M3U-playlist; any idea how this is done?

I'm also looking at getting a few trials from iptv providers, because I'd like one with lots of 24/7 channels. For such purposes is this classed as a MAG box?

Well I've managed to figure that part out buy switching from default/Linux to Android. But now I have no idea how to go from there. I have the m3u's handy but no idea what settings need changing or if I'm supposed to get apps or anything. Yes I am a total newb.
