Standby Mode

Hello,
My device is always on standby mode (red led)and does not jump on (also from the device on/off button).
Tried also to disconnect and reconnect to electric.
Ethernet lamps also working. Any idea?
Is there a way to hard reset from the box?

It does never open but I will try to with usb stick.

Unfortunately with usb didn’t work. No way it jumps on that it can update
