No connection to Telefunken TV

I am trying to connect my TVIP S-Box to a Telefunken TV in Tunisia. The TV cannot identify the box "no Connection".
The Box is bought in Sweden, can that be an issue?
It works fine in Sweden

As i saw this is not tvip error. I think need make some tv settings.
And I think if it was hotel you should contact with reception, but not try to resolve the issue by yourself
