s605 Linux-Qt

After the few last updates, GSTB and m3u has been really slow on s605 Linux-Qt with channel switching.
if I use m3u on Android it's very fast.

Do anyone have a link to a previous release?
ex. 5.0.48 (21.01.2022) which I know was fast and working.

Would really like to use Linux-Qt because android doesnt have GSTB, and that is what my provider has to offer.

Could you describe your issue with more detais.
In my test box no issues with channel switching via m3u playlist, please notes it's related as fast your streamer run stream.
About your web portal you should contact with portal owner to resolve issues with slow channel switching.

I have Linux on my TVIP and would like a VPN. If I install a VPN on my router, the TVIP do not get any signal and I can´t
install a VPN on the Linux Box. I don´t want to run the box under Android.
Is it safe to stream "illegal" IPTV content if the box isn´t hidden behind a VPN?

What is type your streamer do you use? A lot of sreamers has stream protection algorithms.

Not sure what you mean. I use tvIP 605 to stream from clientsportals. It works on my Nvidia shield, on my PC and mobile

Why you can't use it without vpn?

I think my ISP can be forced to trace the traffic from the illegal movieprovider to my IP adress. I dont know if the TVIP Box is anonymous?
since the webbportal starts with http: a friend claims the my ISP can spot the traffic.
As you know its illegal to watch the pirate copied TV-channels and movies

They have set up an Openvpn on my router, but TVIP 605 dont work thru that
