TVIP S-BOX v.530 it keeps shutting down

Hello there as you can read on the title, my v530 box keeps shutting down. It only shows the TVIP logo and than it powers off. After that I need to unplug from adapter but it keeps doing the same thing. It doesn't allow me enabling safe mode with Del button, and it doesn't allow me the reset with the S.Info 4 9. It's the same thing on 2 devices....

You could try to push button on down side at same time when you power on, take a button about 5 sec.

It's okay, but the remote is not working, I can't move to choose the factory reset or any other command...

Try to connect any keyboard via usb port
