change lanquage on keyboard when alreade change the system language!

On the swedish area its not possible to change keyboard to swedish!
How come when system language is swedish?
Is it possible to change or needed from your side?

did you use native TVIP interface or Web portal? Can you share screens of your keyboard and interface?

Hello use webportal interface, on the keyboard you have down a globe, normaly click at that symbol for change language?
System language is swedish!

the web portal has self interface, keyboard and etc, for adding your language you should contact with your Web portal owner
