Black screen

Hi Guys,

Can someone help with my TVIP I have an intermittent black screen on all the channels, even I used Linux or Android.
I try another HDMI cable but still the same isssue?!

Do you think it's problem with box? or with content. At "black screen" moment is available interface(try to push settings button)?

The menu is visible during black screen moments.
