Tvip v 530 keeps rebooting

Hi, I have a brand new tvip v 530 model which works well, however after a few minutes of viewing reboots automatically (showing the tvip logo); then it works well for a few minutes and keeps on rebooting.

I tried updating the firmware, but it's updated.

Any solutions please?
