Tvip 410

Hi my tvip410 starts up but i only get the boot up logo tvip and just keeps rebooting. The control makes connection i can only turn it off, ive unplugged the box and tried to recet but wont work. Not sure what firmware im running.

Hello I tried to do restore I tried both linux & android but none did work, It keeps rebooting with a black background and the white text TVIP. Thanks for trying to help.
