TVIP S-BOX v.410 Android KODI 18.9 APK install parsing Error

Hi,
friend of mine had used TVIP S-BOX v.410 for pay IPTV with Linux qt, but now he wants to get KODI Leia 18.9 on this box.
I changed the OS in Settings from Linux qt > update to Android (3.8???), that worked wery well.
But when i download apks (PC) and transfer on micro sd and try to install with File Browser ( from Android box) i am getting error parsing fail... i tried other apk some work and some not.
Kodi apk that i used https://mirrors.kodi.tv/releases/androi ... bi-v7a.apk
In Settings > Install from unknown sources is ON

is there some trick how to install newer Kodi on this box? Or to Flash newer Android 4.4? Maybe the Android is to old for this kind of apk?
