Portal can't be loaded

Hi I am an IPTV provider and I have more than 5000 customers they are using TVIP S-Box v.605
they can't connect to the portal
Portal can't be loaded
this is my Mag portal

what should I do?

should I change any setting in my XUI panel or check anything else?

I have the same problem...and it worked very good before. After the update gives me a black screen after pressing ''watch tv''.
On the panel it says active and in green condition.

Don't no what to do more....

everything was fine before migrated on the XUI panel.
after immigration, this happened.
should I check anything in the XUI panel or on our servers?
or customers change anything on their Box setting?
