TVIP v605 factory reset how to

Hello

I had an issue with my TVIP box v605 and I had to go back to the reset to the factory version - I entered all the required information but I now cannot access my menu nor my previous programs and I can't seem to be able to find them.

Can you please help me be redirected to the place where I am supposed to enter the number of the registration and the code ?
