Stuck at firmware 5.0.29

My TVIP box stuck at 5.0.29.
When try to update to 5.0.36 it start downloading and start install, but when install box show error after few Second!!?
After that very hard to get box back to webportal and 5.0.29.
When i turn off box going to standby but no message on screen about going to standby like other boxes.
1: what happend here??!
2:You guys think i can try upgrade from memorystick? Then how and where i find 5.0.36 for dl to a m.stick?

Sorry i forget to mention that but yes i have try that from the small tiny whole under the box. Push and hold when insert power, but not work, its the same

To initiate factory reset, press the following buttons subsequently: S.INFO, 4, 9, S.INFO. Then press OK. STB will reboot.

Will not install update.

I want to try EXT update with usb stick but cant find/download firmware for s605 but the updatesite said have.
Can dl to s410 or other, but not for s605!!?

Maybe a inconvenient with your internet service provider, try again with Ethernet cable connected..
