Sound but no image

My TVIP S-Box has been functioning perfectly, but suddenly the images disappeared yesterday. Now you can only here the sound but no image.
Can someone please help?

It's hard to help without more information.
Example: What model of S-box do you have?
Do you have 4K-tv or not?
There is no image? So you can not even see the menues? Or is it TV or VOD that does not give image? Or both TV and VOD?
Did you try to change HDMI-cable?

Can you try with another hdmi cable and Tv too.
And you can reset display settings with next command : S.INFO, 1, 8, S.INFO / supported from firmware 5.0.26
