Black screen

Hey guy, hope you are doing well.
I am having an issue where my TVIP S - box v.412 shows the power indication, however, there is nothing on the screen and its black

It was working yesterday and today when i switched it on no image.
On the back, I do not see any networking indication neither (LAN cable is plugged)
Any advice about what should i do and try?

Have tried just now and was holding it for 30 seconds and more, but nothing..
Please advise

Try factory reset: s-info, 4, 9, s-info, wait 3 seconds and then press OK
