TVIP 605 no boot

Hi. My tvip 605 suddenly today stopped booting up. Its shows the TVIP logo but after that box get locked. No portal is loading no button on remote respond. Worked fine yesterday. Took off bok for 2 mins an rebooted same problem. Lights on front of box is green light to the left and red to right. Any idea what problem is this ? Thank you.

I fix. Took out ethernet cable and hdmi cable and rebooted. No its says new firmware.

First it can be related to your portal issues, try to push settings button.
