Installation of 5.0.20 unsuccessful on tvip 605

The box asking for update from 5.0.16 to 5.0.20.
I accept and update starts, but when it is done, it is still 5.0.16 and it want to update again and again and again...
Annoying, so I did a factory reset (s.info-4-9-s.info)
But also after factory reset, it in stall update and reboot, then it wants to update again and again and again. The problem now is that I can't skip this update. How to fix this?

Well, you can try and skip it if you set type to Beta which will let you install 5.0.21
If this is successful then try to set it back to default and see what happens.

Tried that too. The box is trying to update but still 5.0.16 in tje box and it keeps asking for update new firmware

I can not upgrade either to l5.0.20. It hangs at 0% downloading and get msg can not download software update. Whats wrong ?
