TVIP S-Box v.530 AV output not working

Hi,

There is no signal coming from AV plug with the enclosed "Jack to 3×RCA" cable of TVIP S-Box v.530. Measured with multimeter there is no voltage either.
We have subscribers that want to use it with older tv sets/SCART. Please help

Hello,

You couldn't measure a high frequency signal by multi-meter.
Please check, if plugin cable to AV port, not IR.
And it works directly with AV, other 3-rd part convertors can be works wrong.

I cannot get an audio output from av output on a TVIP S BOX v525.
If I plug in a Jack to 3×RCA cable I get video but no audio .
Tried a few boxes and all the same. does any body have an answer.

Could you check if your TV support Composite Video Input

My opinion is that all outputs of TVIP devices have some problems with signal strength, or incompatibility with a lot of TVs, like my S605, I explained in other post.

My example of TVIP S-Box 605, works fine through AV, And I have tested it with 525 and 530.
Could you inform about your TV model.

If you asked me about TV models
TVIP 605 in my case with brand new Hisense A7500F was not working at all, finally i managed it to have a signal only at 576p by HDMI output. Also lot of problems with 10 years old Samsung full HD, loosing and receiving signal all time. Worked OK with 5 years old Denver 4K tv. Also worked with cheap HD projector, but after a lot of hours for setup. Even after that, sometimes there was no picture, same like with Samsung TV. I was changing lot of HDMI cables, all quallities, and all of HDMI inputs on TV. With so called composite cable, that 3 in one, no one TV had a picture.

I suspect Hisense A7500F should have hdmi in, try to use it. when you use hdmi, AV should be unplug.

I tried all HDMI inputs on my Hisense TV, i managed TVIP605 to work with lot of problems only at one HDMI input at 576p. AV input no way... Thanks any way.
