Channel works but no audio

I have a tvip V.605
most channels work fine, but i have some channels and movies and tv shos where audio works perfect but the audio is not working.
any help on this please.
I have reset my wifi.
i have updated the box.
I am not sure what else to do

Did you contact with your SP?

i contacted the SP and they said the wifi is not strong. The wifi router is in the same room. I have connected a direct line into the box also and still no luck.

Try to discuss it with your SP again. Without streams available for test I couldn't help you.
