The seller doesn't want to tell me the name.

I only say: Provider : 2020

Or I have no choice but to destroy the box via an EMP and then put it under a dealer under warranty. He'll send the box back for repair and I'll get a new one. Is that supposed to be the only solution?

No way to unlock the device, it;s provider oriented solutions.
