WIFI Show Wrong Router Name

Hi guys When I go to the WIFI search, the device shows my router name as "00: 00: 00: 00: 00: 00". I can enter the password but it won't connect. I've tried everything. Can you tell me what that is. Has anyone ever had the same problem? Thank you

Are you sure that is your router? It isn't common case for router name "00: 00: 00: 00: 00: 00"
For checking you could up mobile Access Point.
