Unable to sort channels, changing channels numbers or displaying full program description

Hello, i'm quite happy with my box s410 and it's become my main box now. But i have few issues with it, mainly concerning the interface. The same issues are present in latest firmwares 4.2.35 or 5.0.7.

1) When powering on the box, the portal is starting and i'm accessing to channel groups (France, UK, USA, and so on), so i need to press OK on the remote to enter to the channels list. Is there a way to go directly to the channel list or to a channel directly when powering on the box. I tried to powering off the box when watching a channel but when powering on again, i'm returning the channel groups each time...

2) I mainly use a list of favorite channels instead of all the content of a channel group. This way the number of each channel is not ordered (for eg it starts at number 2 then 4,7,...) i'd like to have a list beginning to 1 and incremented classically 2,3,4). I believed i could do that in the options by choosing "Display channel numbers : Off" but it has no effect. Is there a way to do that ?

3) i also tried to move some channels in my favorite list with the blue button on the remote. I validate my new order by the OK button. The new list is displaying correctly. But afterwards when changing channels this new order is not kept. And when looking the list a new time, all the changes has been lost.

4) When i want to see a program description, i press the info button on the remote but sometimes the description is too long and i cant see the last sentences of the description. i did not find a way to scroll down the program description... By the way it would be nice if the font size was a little bit smaller...

It's mean you use as a web application, and all questions to stalker. All management, channels numbers, groups and so on... managed by stalker.
