Content source: M3U-playlist will treat VOD as it was a streaming TV channel

Post by Sopor » 08 Aug 2020, 01:00

When running TVIP box (i use a v610) content source set as M3U-playlist and i play VOD the time bar will show the clock instead of the time on the VOD (the last whole hour). It is also impossible to stop the VOD (there is a way to do it, but it is a work around). I can't pause it either. If i try to pause it, it want to use the timeshift. A VOD should be possible to stop, pause and even jump back and forward, but noting is possible because it will treat it as it was a streaming TV channel.

The work around to stop a VOD is to press the button Settings and then press the stop button.

Is there a better way for VOD movies and series on the v.605?
