Hiii how Can i see if my tvip 605 is genuine or a clone?

My box WiFi stopped working

I have tried restart/factory reset but WiFi don’t work only on LAN

If you bought it from China could be a problem.

Did you try in Network menu chose Wireless and change status to on?

When i try to find WiFi the loading wheel just keep spinning nothing happens

And what about Bluetooth IR remote is it possible to connect?
If it isn't available I suppose you have some hardware problems.

Try to dissable ethernet few times, than apply, this helped me wifi to work again.

I have a few 605 boxes having problem with WIFI.

They need long to boot and only show ETHERNET. Bluetooth does not work for Remote.

Any solution to fix these boxes. They have all been purshased from german stores not from china and they have importer switzerland sticker.
