Bluetooth not working on 605-box

At one of many 605-boxes, the Bluetooth does work.
I have tried following: 1. Restart the box (many times). 2. Performed factory reset (many times). 3. Pushed the hidden force-Bluetooth-button at bottom side of the box. 4. Tried with another remote control. Same fault. This remote control works fine together with other 605-box. The box keep reminding me to connect the remote control over Bluetooth. Any idea how to fix this?

This is a common problem, BT&Wifi.
But the 605 box are very good and super stable so only very few boxex has that problem.
Anyway have lifetime warranty so just tell your dealer to get a new one
