Password to TVIP 605 4k.

Hello, I just bought a TVIP 605 4k from my IPTV Provider, and they said they have no support on the box they sent me an Url and said to contact http://tvip.ru/en. Now I have tried for many days and 3 messages without any answer. I would need the default "Login" & "Password" for the linux login. Hope for some help here. // Regards Tommy

OK, can you login to my s605 and do recovering or reinstall fimrware if I open up ssh port?
S.INFO, 4, 9, S.INFO. Then press OK. STB will reboot. IS NOT WORKING.
