PLES app is hidden by IPTV provider. How to unhide?

My IPTV provider uses S605 as decoders. After a device gets configuration it then hides Plex app.
Is there a way to get back the PLEX app back? Something like by a help of S.INFO code.
Linux-qt OS. Currently 4.0.26

Great device that S605 is and will become even better after getting EAC sound pass-through :)

I have the same problem I can't see the plex icon, but I can see Youtube.. :(
