Tvip s-605 ”no hdmi signal” ”black picture”

Today i tested with the the power adapter that came with the TVIP. I reinstall all the updates but i still get only screen and no voice. Maybe is a software problem?

Did you tried factory reset?

Well, after i try one more new hdmi cable and one AV cable with zero results i did factory reset, but before i give a try with that i wend to the LG voice settings and i change the audio format for HDMI from auto to PCM. I close the tv and i restarted the box. After that the voice came back. Now i can't say what was the problem. The hdmi format or the factory reset. Of course i will wait for the next few days to see what is going to happen after i tern on off the box. I will still have voice or i will have the same issue again

Tell you truth now i don't no what to do with the new updates.

Too good to be trough! Now I have the same problem. No voice on tv. I don't understand. After few hours of working going back to no no voice..????

As I know PCM is decode sound by box and Pass-through decode by TV, if TV supported it.

I tested the box with sumsung tv and i have the same problem. U have picture but SOME TIMES no voice. As I said the same happens on LG. On Panasonic there is no problem.
Why some times I have voice and some times I have no?

Is it happens in pass through mode?

Yes I believe happens in pass through mode. After another factory reset with
4.4.1 from 5.8.2020 software and no update the box for the last 5 days works ok. I have picture and voice.

I suspect it touch with hardware decoders on TV. Bcs in through mode the TV make a decode themselves.
