UDP is not playing

I have following playlist. However, it's not playing. Can you help?

I can play via udpxy which is first link but cannot play with multicast link.

BTW, this is TVIP-s410 on latest firmware 4.0.26.

This page https://wiki.tvip.ru/en/m3u says it doesnt need "@" front on multicast address.

From my box I can play http://172.16.0.15:4001/udp/224.0.0.7:1234 but not udp://224.0.0.7:1234

I can play both udpxy and udp://@224.0.0.7:1234 from VLC on my laptop in same network.

Подскпжите, где вводить udp адрес? Как зайти на приставку с ПК.
